Keep On Running: Employing local athletes for specialty service

Author: waadmin/Wednesday, 19 December 2018/Categories: News, Featured

Many will be familiar with the black and gold logo of Keep On Running, as a regular feature at Strive competitions, offering an unrivalled range of track and field shoes to local athletes.

The Keep On Running specialist store found its home at Floreat Forum last year, with the timing clock and green turf providing a distinctive and familiar feel for the athletics community.

Behind the brand is Bruce Hogg, who has 25 years of experience in the industry and is well known for his commitment to servicing track and field athletes’ performance needs.

Bruce employs a team of local athletes to help others find the right fit for their training and competition endeavours. The team can often be seen on the local road running circuit, in addition to State and National Championship events, including Matthew Ramsden and Ben Chamberlain who went 1-2 in the 12km race at the 2018 City to Surf.

The Keep On Running team also includes duathlete Matt Smith, middle distance runner Jasmin Long, Pole Vaulter and Sprint Hurdler Sasha Zhoya, throws specialist Olivia Lyons and triathlete Petra Glennie, bringing a diverse range of experience and knowledge to their service.

Keep On Running offer a wide range of running shoes, lightweight/racing shoes, sprinting spikes, distance spikes, middle distance spikes, waffles and spikeless competition shoes, plus specialty field shoes. The store carries a range of sports clothing and accessories including Garmin and nutritional products. And with some of the best young athletes in Perth on staff, you may even be able to pick up some good tips whilst you’re there!

Keep On Running are a proud sponsor of Athletics WA and we encourage our community to support the local store. With gift vouchers available, it’s the perfect present for athletes this Christmas.
