Athletics WA Chairman Mal Harford has expressed his great disappointment at the dismal attendance at the Special Meeting on 21st June to adopt the proposed new Constitution that complies with the new Incorporations Act. The lack of a quorum prevented the Constitution being adopted and it will now be an Agenda item at AGM.
